蒸留器のデザインを担当しました。江戸時代に伝来した「ツブロ式蒸留器」を参考に、 理化学ガラスの巨大なフラスコを用いることで、中が見える珍しい蒸留器となりました。深川蒸留所は、主にB2B向けの試飲や商談の空間となります。
I was in charge of designing the distiller. I redesigned the Tuburo distiller an instrument used for medicinal oils and liquors in the Edo period, into a structure that can be seen inside by using a giant flask of laboratory glass. The Fukagawa Distillery is primarily a B2B tasting and business meeting space.
